Lynda has served as the NCWNZ Executive Officer for eight years, working with four different National Presidents and five Boards over that time.
Prior to taking up the Executive Officer position with the NCWNZ, Lynda spent two and a half years as the Executive Officer for Environment and Conservation Organisations of New Zealand (ECO), the leading environmental umbrella organisation in New Zealand.
University Papers completed in Environmental Management, German and Horticulture.

Shikha has a commerce degree in Marketing and Commercial Law from Victoria University Wellington. Since her graduation, she has handled a range of projects in the community sector involving health promotion, funding, marketing and events. She is interested in researching EEO for ethnic women in New Zealand.
She is passionate about marketing and fundraising and will be using her expertise to gain funding & sponsorships for NCWNZ and developing awareness of the NCWNZ brand.

Linda has a strong background in team Administration/PA support roles for various government departments. These include Department of Defence, NZ Police and Department of Labour to name a few.
Her greatest abilities lie with helping others to achieve their best outcomes.

Currently on maternity leave
Laurel has worked within the Communications sector since completing her University studies in Media and Politics. She has worked for various government departments and has a strong interest in social policy and sustainable development.
As the Communications Officer for NCWNZ, Laurel works within the areas of advocacy and policy and is the first point of call for any media enquiries.
